Τhe first training of the “Click: Path to Protection” training model was held by “The Smile of the Child” between 22/2-1/3/2024.

 The training was successfully organizedin Greece, by “The Smile of the Child” -the Greek partner of the CESAGRAM project-with the valuable participation of frontline officers from the Hellenic Police, Social Services of Municipalities and staff members of “The Smile of the Child”.

The overall objective of the training was to provide the professionals with the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies, in order to improve in the best possible way, their responses to victims of child sexual abuseand in this way to provide holistic care to them and also develop tools for young people to recognize grooming and better protect themselves.

The training goals were reached and, also, given the interactive nature of the training, the participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and good practices, which can be of great importance in their encounters with victims in the future.

The training was delivered by representatives from CESAGRAM’s UK partner Marie Collins Foundation, which is an Organization, specialized in victims’ support.
